Family-Owned Home Builders in Berkshire County, MA: Built on trust. Backed by experience.
A family-owned construction company serving Berkshire County, Massachusetts for over 30 years. Quality over quantity, always.
Our story
Your neighbors. Your builders.
Keating Builders was founded right here in Berkshire County, not in a corporate boardroom but around a kitchen table. We started with one crew, one guiding principle, and a deep respect for the homes and landscapes that make this corner of Massachusetts so special.
Over three decades later, we're still family-owned, still locally focused, and still putting our name on every project the same way we always have: with care, skill, and an honest commitment to getting it right. We've built new homes from the ground up and carefully restored century-old farmhouses. We've transformed outdated kitchens into gathering places and turned dated bathrooms into true retreats.
What hasn't changed is our belief that every homeowner deserves a builder they can trust: one who shows up on time, communicates clearly, and takes as much pride in your home as you do.
